Sprintify is an independent project created by Advising LTD to help agile teams plan, estimate, and collaborate more effectively.
The service is provided “as is”, free and ad-free. We may update features at any time.

3. Rooms & Confidentiality
Sessions (rooms) may contain private team discussions. You are responsible for safeguarding your room links and any
information you share. Please respect the confidentiality of shared rooms and do not redistribute content without permission.
4. Content & Ownership
You retain all rights to content you input into Sprintify. You grant Sprintify a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license
to process that content solely to operate the service (for example, display in your session, transmit to participants,
and maintain temporary technical copies). We do not claim ownership of your content.
5. Third-Party Services
Sprintify may rely on essential infrastructure providers (for example, hosting and realtime technologies).
These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party failures, but we aim to choose reputable providers.
6. No Warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied,
including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or non-infringement.
Use Sprintify at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprintify and Advising LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or profits arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes & Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date below.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
